The BS018 is a non-polarizing beamsplitter cube designed for use in the 1100-1600nm wavelength range, offering a 50:50 reflection to transmission ratio. Our plate beamsplitters have a coated front surface that determines the beam splitting ratio while the back surface is wedged and AR coated in order to minimize ghosting and interference effects. FTIR spectrometer is generally based on Michelson interferometer where one of the mirrors is movable. Both ummounted versions, in sizes of 5 mm, 10 mm, 1/2", 20 mm, 1", and 2", and mounted versions, compatible with our 16 mm or 30 mm Cage Systems, are available.
