This high density and high performance monitoring solution accommodates growing data center and enterprise needs for 100G Ethernet networks. PPC's Ultra-High Density (UHD) Chassis is a modular, standards-based, pre-terminated distribution platform designed to increase port density, improve connector access, and eficiently utilize valuable rack space in data centers. Although modern platforms are designed for high efficiency and optimized traffic handling, heat buildup within ASICs, NPUs, CPUs, optical transceivers, power delivery circuits, and dense switching fabrics can still impact performance consistency, trigger throttling, increase latency, and shorten. The chassis defines a central longitudinal axis extending between the top and the bottom. A first pair of panels is located at the front side, a second pair of panels is located at the rear side, a third pair of panels is located at the right side, and a fourth pair of panels is located at the left.
