The BARQ NET FTTP initiative represents Syria's comprehensive fiber-to-the-premises infrastructure deployment across all 14 governorates: Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Latakia, Hama, Tartus, Deir ez-Zor, Ar-Raqqah, Al-Hasakah, Daraa, Idlib, As-Suwayda, Quneitra, and Rif Dimashq.
